Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with an item that you purchase, you may return it in its original, new condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

If the return is due to a product misrepresentation or product defect, we will refund your shipping charges. If returned for other reasons, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Incorrect item delivered:

• If we deliver the wrong item to you, we will pick up the item and deliver you the correct item completely at our expense.

Wrong size:

• If you purchase an item that does not fit you correctly, you may ship the item back to us, in new and unused condition, and we will replace it with the correct size if available. Returns and shipping charges due to mis-sizings are at customer expense.

How to return an item:

• Please email sisyamab2b@gmail.com to request for a return or exchange.

• Include your order number and purchase date.

• Once approved, send the item with the order number outside of the package.
